The young man who was accused of fornicating with a lady who is also yet to be married, this act is said to be as a taboo in the northern part of Nigeria, and anyone caught in the act will be dealt with this way.
The said incident which was said to have occurred in Low cost Housing, Abaganaram ward, Maiduguri, Borno State.
